Order Processing Time

All orders placed on thezenkart.shop are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.

Shipping Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

✔ Free shipping is available on all orders.
✔ No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details (if available) may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp to help you monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.
